1. From the Airports
Pearson (YYZ)
UP Express: Trains leave Terminal 1 every 15 min, 05:25-01:00. Buy online or tap PRESTO. Luggage racks are onboard, Wi-Fi is free, and Union Station puts you under the same roof as TTC subway Line 1 and GO trains to Pearson Airport.
Taxis & rideshare: The airport quotes a flat CAD $50-70 to downtown, plus a CAD $15 surcharge for >4 passengers at Pearson Airport. Traffic on the Gardiner Expressway can double that 25-km ride at rush hour.

Night owls: Between 01:30 and 05:30 the Blue Night routes—marked by a reflective blue band—run every 30 min or better, covering the same corridors as the subway grid TTC.
Fares & transfers: One PRESTO or contactless tap is CA $3.30 for adults and CA $2.35 for youth 13-19. You may board any combination of TTC vehicles within two hours at no extra charge. Cash is still accepted but costs slightly more and does not include a free transfer TTC.
3. Getting to BMO Field on Match-Day
- Streetcar from Union: Follow signs in the station to the 509 Harbourfront platform; ride six stops to Exhibition Loop (≈ 12 min).
- Streetcar from Bathurst Station: Take the 511 Bathurst southbound and stay on to Exhibition.
- 29 Dufferin bus: Good fallback from Line 2’s Dufferin Station; runs every 90 sec at match kickoff.
- GO Train: Any Lakeshore West train (eastbound from Port Credit/Oakville, westbound from Union) stops at Exhibition GO, a 3-min walk to Gate 1.
Bag reminder: The stadium accepts only clear bags ≤ 30 × 16 × 30 cm; larger or opaque backpacks will be denied.

Mississauga (MiWay)
- Adult PRESTO fare: CA $3.40; cash CA $4.25.
- Connections: Routes 21 & 26 link Square One (popular budget hotels) to Islington subway or Kipling GO, then Line 2 across town.
Brampton (Züm)
- Rapid orange-branded buses use Queen St. and Highway 407 expressways. All accept PRESTO.
York Region / Viva Blue & Purple
- Viva “rapidways” have dedicated lanes into north Toronto. Tap out when you exit.
Durham Region
- From pick-up in Oshawa or Pickering, you can ride GO Lakeshore East straight to Union, then switch to the 509.

Docks sit outside Union Station, Exhibition Place and the waterfront trails. E-scooters remain illegal on public streets inside Toronto city limits.

Expect CA $15-20 for an Uber/Lyft between downtown hotels and BMO Field (surge pricing after full-time). Authorized airport taxis charge a flat CAD $50-70 to the core, unaffected by traffic www.torontotaxilimo.ca.

- Stay within the Blue Night Network grid if you miss the last subway; buses display a special 300-series route number.
- Tap a contactless card if your PRESTO balance is empty—same CA $3.30 fare but no transfer credit on other systems.
