Maryland State Fairgrounds
Sports Covered: Equestrian, rodeos, motorsports, lacrosse and more sports and events
Located in Timonium, Maryland, the Maryland State Fairgrounds has a multitude of facilities for a variety of sporting events. The 163-stall equestrian lighted show ring is a big highlight for events and sports like polo, and the horse racing 5/8-mile oval track adds more thrills with the infield allowing for up to six fields for sports like lacrosse. The on-site Cow Palace is not only an exhibition center but a great spot for sporting events with an adaptable floor that can be split into three sections, and a motorsports track built within.
Genesee Valley

Expertly groomed and maintained sports fields are available at Genesee Valley Outdoor Learning Center, including seven regulation-size multipurpose fields and two youth fields. Located in Parkton, Maryland, the fields can be utilized for practices, scrimmages, tournaments, runs like cross country and more. As a learning center, Genesee Valley also has programs like adventure therapy through enjoying the outdoors, summer day camps and other youth options.
Towson University

Towson University has multiple sports facilities for a variety of sports. Johnny Unitas Stadium, named in honor of the legendary football player, seats 11,198 and includes a track for track and field events. The 117,000-square-foot TU Arena has 5,200 seats, which not only hosts the university basketball, volleyball and gymnastics teams but also sports and events outside of the university spectrum like indoor soccer tournaments and NCAA lacrosse championships for both men and women.
