This is available as a downloadable guide to assist sports planners in various aspects of planning a sporting event in the Eugene, Cascades & Coast Region.

This intuitive guide provides information on venues, housing, transportation, dining, sports services and pre & post activities. The 39-page guide highlights everything from what a responsible sports event looks like with different resources found throughout the region, to what your athletes and spectators want to do in their free time.

In addition, the guide provides valuable information and grids on all athletic venues and hotels. The easy to use grids makes all information available with hyperlinks. Finding the right housing will be easy when using our “Map of Accommodations”. You can see how the properties are laid out throughout the region and navigate properties by area. Links to additional information are also available in this digital format making planning your next sports event here in the Eugene, Cascades and Coast region truly unforgettable.

Of course, we had to talk about all the wonders and activities that make Eugene, Cascades & Coast a recreational paradise.
