Rock Hill Velodrome (Giordana Velodrome) is a world-class, outdoor 250-meter concrete track with 42.5° banking in the corners and 17° banking on straights, designed to meet Olympic/UCI standards. Managed by the City of Rock Hill, the venue offers open track sessions, rider development and certification clinics, sanctioned races, and public outreach programs. Spectating is free, though riders must be certified before using the track. While the facility lacks permanent concession stands, food trucks are often available during events. The velodrome also offers event and conference room rental opportunities beyond cycling. It has hosted national track cycling championships and continues to support high-level racing, community engagement and training.
