The Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) is a state-of-the-art aquatics facility in Cary, N.C. Home to the nationally recognized TAC Titans Swim Team, this 102,000-square-foot facility boasts a 50-meter Olympic-sized competition pool that can be configured for a variety of events and swim meets. Other amenities include additional indoor and outdoor pools, a warm-water instructional pool, a fitness center, meeting spaces, spectator seating, and locker rooms. The TAC accommodates a wide range of activities, including competitive swimming, water polo and synchronized swimming, and hosts regional, national and international aquatic competitions. Its adaptive aquatics programs also provide inclusive opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
