For those who are interested in history, arts and culture, the city of Columbia is less than 20 minutes away. There you can visit the SC State Museum and Planetarium, the Columbia Museum of Art, the SC State House and Edventure Children’s Museum. You may catch events such as The Okra Strut Festival in September, Holiday Lights on the River (the Midland’s largest drive-through lights show) held in November and December, the Peach Festival in July and many more local festivals that your group will enjoy.
