A Jacksonville landmark since 1952, the JHS Bowl offers athletes and spectators a sports experience unlike a typical high school gymnasium. Designed by noted architect Ralph Legeman, the historic semi-subterranean facility features a distinctive bowl-style design that puts fans close to the action and creates an energetic atmosphere for competition.
Home to Jacksonville High School Crimsons, the JHS Bowl continues to host basketball, volleyball, cheerleading and other school and community events. The facility includes spectator seating, changing rooms, a scoreboard, concessions and convenient parking.
