Originally named Crown Point Sportsplex, this 95-acre sports and event complex features two synthetic turf fields, 10 lighted diamonds with seating for 250, six of which are turf and four with natural grass, including a championship field with stadium seating for up to 500. The diamonds have adjustable bases and pitchers’ mounds, and temporary fencing is available for outfields. These fields have a strong history of hosting big tournaments and events, including the Pop Warner Multi-State Championships, World Wiffle® Ball Championship and multiple collegiate athletic conference championships.
Legacy Fields at the Sportsplex is conveniently located just off I-65, and not far from picturesque downtown Crown Point. The facility also includes a playground, pavilion adjacent to the multipurpose turf fields, walking path and batting cages, along with concession stands and restrooms throughout.
