The Lynnwood Event Center opened in 2005 and provides 34,000 square feet of space for various events. The first floor can be configured into different layouts. There are six meeting rooms with built-in screens, used for small meetings and breakout areas or combined for large spaces. The second floor includes five meeting rooms, used for small meetings and breakout areas or combined for the largest event, totaling to more than 11,000 square feet of space. The first floor Lobby area is 6,472 square feet, and the second floor Lobby area is 6,123 square feet; both areas bring in much natural light. Both of the Lobby areas on each floor can also be separated into two areas or combined to use the entire space. There is an outdoor patio as well, ideal for indoor-outdoor entertainment. This venue is perfect for banquets, conferences and special events including chess, esports and martial arts. The Lynnwood Event Center is near several hotels and the Alderwood Mall.
