North Cove Park rests on a four-acre waterfront park located in downtown Lake Stevens. The park features a picnic shelter and tables, playground, boardwalk, observation deck, fishing pier, public dock, swimming area, restrooms, and decent space for parking. North Cove Park hosts large scale events like regattas and triathlons over the years. The Mill, which is a multipurpose building with two levels, is located in the park and available for community and private events.
