Adjacent to the University at Buffalo North Campus, Northtown Center at Amherst is a 185,000-square-foot multipurpose ice facility built for year-round competition and events. The venue features four ice pads, including three NHL-regulation rinks and one Olympic-sized sheet, with seating for 1,800 at the main rink and 200 at a secondary arena. The facility supports a wide range of programming, from hockey and figure skating to recreational skating and events and serves as a home venue for local and collegiate teams. Amenities include banquet and meeting rooms, the Skybox Grille and a pro shop.
