The US Sports Congress, entering its seventh year, will be hosted by the Reno Sparks CVA this Dec. 9–11 at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. The schedule of events features an abundance of networking events, including an “On the Mountain Networking” at Northstar Ski Resort, three separate trade receptions, and insightful professional development sessions including an event safety and security workshop afternoon session led by US Homeland Security.
The Congress uniquely provides an intimate setting for its attendees by balancing the ratio of event planners and destinations to ensure you are able to meet with as many destinations or event planners as possible throughout the entire show! At the trade receptions you won’t be interrupted by a buzzer sounding to end your conversations, allowing you to take full advantage of your time to build stronger partnerships that drive successful events and opportunities.
Check out what previous attendees have to say:
“As a first-time participant of the US Sports Congress, I was impressed with the perfect balance of thought provoking content and both the structured and unstructured networking time. In addition, thanks to the right mix of exhibitors and Rights Holders, I was easily able to meet with and connect with sports commissions and CVB’s and left with many new relationships that I am confident will help our business in the future. As a Rights Holder, the U S Sports Congress is a must attend event for USA Taekwondo.”– Eric Parthen, CEO, USA Taekwondo
“The US Sports Congress is an informative relationship-building conference which allows Rights Holders and sports commissions the chance to really get to know one another. Through the breakout sessions, built-in free time and relevant speakers, a refreshingly relaxed environment is created. A funny thing happens when you are allowed to relax and step out of the everyday; ideas are generated, stereotypes of certain sports and cities are broken down and creative solutions begin to develop. People do business with others they like. The US Sports Congress gives you the opportunity to build long-term partnerships and grow whichever side of the business you are on.” —J. R Bourne, National Events Director, USA Fencing
“Over the years, the Association of Chief Executives for Sport has found the US Sports Congress to be a productive, informative and useful event. We highly recommend your participation.” Stephen Ducoff, President/CEO, ACES
