Residing in the Golden Gate Community Center in the heart of Golden Gate City in Naples, Wheels BMX and Skatepark is a hub for adventurous thrill-seekers. The skatepark, which is free to skate, showcases dozens of competitions throughout the year for both children and adults. The skatepark offers a dynamic flow to skaters of all ages and is a great place for skateboarding, BMX, rollerblade and scooter enthusiasts. Obstacles in the park, which skaters love to test, include a bank/wedge ramp, handrail, quarter pipe, stairset, vert ramp, funbox, mini ramp, spine and snakerun.
Offering skate clinics during the school year and skate camps over the summer, the park provides skaters the opportunity to brush up on their skills year-round. It also features skate socials which provide the chance to bond with other like-minded skaters. Guests can rent community center rooms, pavilions, outdoor space, the skate park and the BMX track. Golden Gate Community Center is one of Collier County’s busiest parks, which makes the skate park a bustling center of activity for all ages.

Naples BMX
Wheels BMX and Skatepark is home to Naples BMX, which offers a unique opportunity for Bicycle Motocross enthusiasts of all ages to learn, practice and improve their BMX racing skills. Tracks come in all shapes and sizes, ideal for the novice thrill-seeker and the seasoned racer. The BMX track also offers clinics and camps for all interested riders in the new Olympic sport.
NBL Friday Nights BMX Races
Taking place during the State and Summer Series season, races are available to all NBL riders whether they are competing at a local, state, regional or national level. This BMX program provides the entire family the chance to enjoy a great evening of racing, action, fun and even volunteer their time in preparation and officiating during races.

Golden Gate Aquatic Facility
The Aquatic Complex is a fantastic draw for both adults and children. The facility has a 25-yard by 25-meter heated pool, a children’s activity pool, a wading pool, a 177-foot open slide, a 122-foot closed slide, a 1-meter springboard and a 3-meter springboard.
Sun-N-Fun Lagoon
Collier County’s only water park, Sun-N-Fun Lagoon contains one million gallons of water fun that will thrill children, parents and grandparents alike. Sun-N-Fun Lagoon includes four pools, a long lazy river, a lit splash playground or interactive water feature, five exciting water slides, a concession stand and other typical amenities including restrooms and lockers.
