Mechanics Bank Arena in california

As the present home of the AHL’s Bakersfield Condors, Mechanics Bank Arena has hosted NCAA Division I basketball contests in the past and can be used to accommodate many indoor tournaments, events and concerts. The venue seats up to 10,225 with 17,000 square feet of floor space, and also houses the Bob Elias Kern County Sports Hall of Fame. Attached to the arena is Mechanics Bank Theater and Convention Center, which features a 17,480-square-foot exhibit hall as well as a 3,000-seat theater.

With construction beginning in 2024, the City of South Lake Tahoe Recreation and Aquatic Center is scheduled to open in January 2026 to great fanfare, with amazing views of the lake and close proximity to Lakeview Commons Beach. This state-of-the-art center will feature a 24,775-square-foot gymnasium, perfect for multiple sports and events and different types of training. The second level will also have an aerobics and dance studio.

The Broadmoor World Arena and World Arena Ice Hall

The Broadmoor World Arena is the premier entertainment and sports venue in the Pikes Peak region. This multipurpose facility can seat 7,500 for hockey and other competitive sporting events and approximately 8,500 for concerts and various entertainment shows. The adjacent World Arena Ice Hall is an official Olympic Training Site and adds two sheets of ice—one NHL and one Olympic.

This 35-acre complex offers sport venues and support facilities for fencing, gymnastics, judo, modern pentathlon, shooting, swimming, taekwondo, weightlifting and wrestling. The facility also includes a state-of-the-art sports medicine and sport science center, and an athlete center featuring a dining hall and multiple residence halls. The Olympic Training Center can provide housing, dining, training facilities, recreational facilities and other services for more than 500 athletes and coaches at one time on the complex.

The Norris Penrose Event Center is ideal for hosting a variety of events and is the home of the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo. This 71-acre premier equestrian center includes a 5,700-covered seat stadium, indoor arena, 350 horse show stalls, food concessions and catering facilities, 20 plus acres of parking and over 70 RV hook-ups sites. On site is a 6,000-square-foot banquet facility overlooking the rodeo arena with an 1,800-square-foot balcony.

Located on the University of Nebraska campus, this multipurpose complex includes two main buildings which house Cornhusker gymnastics, track and field, volleyball and wrestling programs. A 7,907-seat main arena is home to the volleyball team, while the Devaney Sports Center Indoor Track features a 200-meter hydraulic-banked track and 5,000 seats.

Creating meaningful memories with top-notch events is the goal of the Sandhills Global Event Center, home to the National Quarter Horse shows and many other events throughout the year. The LEC features a pair of arenas, three pavilions and office space. The National High School Finals Rodeo was held at the event center in 2021 and will be held there again in 2026 and 2027.

This 122,000-square-foot sports facility on 12 acres was established in 2020 out of a need for a local and accessible recreation center. Norman native and NBA basketball player Trae Young found a solution. The space is used for tournaments and as a local recreation space. It comprises eight basketball courts and 12 overlaying volleyball courts. Also on the premises are men’s and women’s locker rooms, restrooms, a retail shop, a wellness space, a gym and concessions.

Situated on the OKC Fairgrounds, Jim Norick Arena is a large multipurpose venue that can be utilized for a number of different events from ice hockey to rodeos and more. The arena has a capacity just shy of 11,000, which varies based on the type of sport or event, and once held the unique record for the largest roof of its type in the world. The arena features a floor measuring in at 120 x 250 feet, state-of-the-art video and sound technology, a Daktronics PS Series video board, multiple conference rooms and more.

Multiple sports tournament types are capable of being held at Bennett Event Center, everything from cheer to martial arts, esports and more.

This 19,199-seat multipurpose arena was designed to accommodate arena football, hockey, basketball and concerts. Opened in 2005 at a cost of $196 million, the BOK Center—short for Bank of Oklahoma Center—sports a long HD ribbon screen that wraps around the three-level seating arena. Its second floor is an exclusive carpeted level with a complete bar, press areas and 37 luxury suites, each with 15 to 22-inch seats and furnished gathering and kitchen areas.

Millions of visitors experience Expo Square, one of the top-ranked event complexes in the country each year, which features the SageNet Center, Exchange Center and Central Park Hall. The 58,000-square-foot Exchange Center offers a successful event environment with three meeting rooms and drive-through doors. Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene opened in 2011 and is one of the first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certified arenas in the NCAA. The venue features a 65,000-pound center-hung scoreboard and four 20-by-12-foot high definition LED monitors.

The Rogue Credit Union Community Complex—referred to as Rogue X—boasts room for eight basketball courts and any variation for volleyball, pickleball, wrestling, cheer and dance competitions and more. The site also features food trucks, concessions and an information center to accommodate visitors and locals, alike.

With a capacity of nearly 20,000, the Moda Center is the home to the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers and junior ice hockey Portland Winterhawks, as well as concerts, conventions, and more. The state-of-the-art multipurpose arena can also be transformed into an intimate, 6,000-seat venue with its Theater of the Clouds and features six banquet rooms.
